  • Booking

    In order to book an appointment a $20 non refundable deposit is required. This deposit goes towards your treatment. You must book directly online. All consents and waivers must be signed prior to receiving any service. If you are under 18 years of age, your legal guardian must sign all forms and be present throughout your service.

  • Silent Appointment

    Your Mental Health Matters.

    Please don’t hesitate to ask for a silent appointment. If you’re anxious, tired, mentally drained, etc. and you would prefer to avoid conversation. I totally understand, this is your safe space and there will never be any judgement. Regardless of the reason you are always welcome to utilize this option.

    *This option can be added directly on the appointment page in the “add on” section.

  • Referal Program

    The greatest compliment I could receive is a referral from one of my valued clients! For each new client you refer to me, you will each receive 5% facial credit. Simply have your referal mention your name, I will apply a 5% credit to your account for you to use on future services, once they have completed their transaction. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make! Thank you for your continued love & support!

  • Cancellation

    I value your time and business. Therefore, I ask that you provide me with at least a 24-48 hour notice of cancellation for any appointment. Last minute cancellations will lose their deposit and the card on file will be charged 30% of the booked service.

    If you arrive more than 15 min late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule.

    If for whatever reason I MUST cancel your appointment your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Gift Cards

    If you received a Gift Card from a loved one please text 714-890-2377 or email highlyaesthetics@skinbymel.com to schedule and redeem your services!

    *all gift cards are valid for one year from purchase date. They are final sale and not redeemable for CASH.
